Rollin’ down the street, packin grapefruit, sippin double Gin and Juice. This is a Double IPA packed with grapefruit, and a hit of laid back, gin-soaked juniper berries.

Wheatwine is a complex, warming and fruity style that has a light acidity from the massive amount of wheat used. This one is all about the glory of the grain, and not the hops-du-jour.

This is a melange of French yeast, Australian wheat, New Zealand and German hops, New Zealand barley, New Zealand peel and butterfly pea flowers from Thailand. It will sweep you across the seas.

If you love a healthy kombucha then you’ll love the flavours of this beer. Fermented with a kombucha SCOBY it also has acai berry and raspberry. It’s tart, with subtle hop flavours.
CHIPOTLE LIME SALSA GOSE

Crushed dehydrated lime, smoked malts and dried chilli, this sour has it all. It’s warming, and with the melding of lime and smoke, you’ll be looking for the nearest taco.

A colloid is a mixture in which one substance of microscopically dispersed insoluble particles is suspended throughout another substance. Or in this case “a hazy hop bomb”.

Two Aucklanders team up to make a yummy hazy treat for the Australian market. Expect juicy hops, citrus flavours and a delightful mouthfeel.

They tell us the King of Dank has arrived with this Imperial NEIPA. It packs a massive hop punch, reminiscent of your tropical fantasies. Feral’s juiciest beer yet.

A collab with the Estate’s mate at Webster’s Tea. The latter is allegedly a “B-boy from way back” so we’ve given this one the moves with his popular Rooibos and Mango tea, and some kettle souring.

Inspired by Florida’s State Pie, the Key Lime. It’s super hazy, sweet, sour, and creamy. Served on nitro, think of this as a “best of” compilation from Garage Project. Every trick in the book.
HEYDAY BEER CO (WGN)
Brut IPA 7%
Inspired by the wine world, HeyDay have set out to create the Champagne of beers. It uses Chardonnay grapes, champagne yeast and hopped to give a white grape, gooseberry aroma. Finishes bone dry.
KERERU BREWING CO (WGN)
Christmas/Winter Specialty Spiced Beer 7%
A cool weather celebration beer with ginger, grains of paradise, candi sugar and citrus peel. Evocative of a delicious cookie.
LAUGHING BONES BREWING CO (AUK)
Milkshake IPA 6%
Black Forest Milkshake IPA takes the hazy IPA trend and blends it with a black forest cake. Laced with cacao, cherries, lactose and vanilla beans, it has the essence of a milkshake and the finish of a beer.

Taking NZ kiwifruit and Australian finger lime, this is a trans-Tasman collaboration that has created a unique Kettle Sour.

Mulled wine, but in beer form! It’s a barrel aged Imperial Stout that uses red wine barrels, raisins, cranberries, prunes, Christmas spice, and brandy. Beautiful, complex, and warming on a cold day.
MCLEOD'S BREWERY (NTL)
Oatmeal Stout 2.5%
Based near idyllic Bream Bay, the team at McLeod’s enjoy some of New Zealand’s best surf (even in winter). This low-alcohol stout was made for sipping around a cracking bonfire with friends. The perfect pour once the sun sets and the last wave has been surfed.

When you are in the heart of wine country, you have things like a 100% brett-savvy just lying round for two years. So Moa did what any brewery would do: blended it with a strong, Belgian style beer. Nom nom nom.

MOUNT BREWING CO (BOP)
With agave and gold kiwi fruit, this is designed to represent the brewery’s duelling personality (Marge and Rita). Sweet, sour, tart, fruity, it’s as close to tequila as they could conjure. Make sure to salt the rim!
NORTH END BREWERY (WGN)
In collaboration with Dancing Sands Distillery this is aged in former gin barrels to create the right balance between acidity, salt, gin botanicals and oak.

A berrylicious hazy Pale Ale featuring the 2019 Pink Boots Hop blend, and in collaboration with Kaikoura based teamaker Wildflower Botanicals.
RENAISSANCE BREWING (MBH)
Baltic Porter 8%
In collaboration with Quick Brown Fox Liqueur and Harpoon Coffee this is Renaissance's homage to the Espresso Martini... but with beer. And probably way less basic.

Edible ants are appearing more and more in food, so it was only a matter of time before they appeared in beer. This is a kettle soured beer, with a citrus flavour from added Tyrant ants. The true diet of a lizard.

Coffee and donuts are inseparable as Yin is to Yang. In partnership with Grumpy Donuts and Toby’s Estate roasters, this is a Milk Stout, with actual donuts used in the process. All complemented with a special blend of gently roasted beans.

After nailing it with last year’s ‘Grandma’s Jam Cider’, the Devils team have gone back to the well with this
twist on an Aussie family fave: Grandma’s Rhubarb & Apple Crumble. We’re talking 100% Tasmanian grown rhubarb and apples, freeze distilled to add body, then gassed with Nitrogen for a creamy finish. Delish!

Traditional Cider 6%
LOBO is all about traditional cider made traditionally, using apples, different apples, a blend of traditional cider apples (including the Kingston Black), and just apples that come from their apple trees. Definitely no rare doogle fruit, no exotic spices, no bits of cured pig, no seafood. Just apples.

COLLABORATING WITH UP IN SMOKE

Footscray smokehouse Up In Smoke took a bunch of apples and gave them the full cold smoke treatment, before handing them over to Twisted Sister to press and ferment along with more than a few litres of smoked maple syrup. In cider terms, it’s a game changer.
